"A comfortable centrally located hotel. The room was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the dining room for breakfast could not cope with the large number of coach parties. This was improved over the week, but at the start meant long delays while they were dealt with, and took their time."

"The location was great! Convenient for us to visit the Museum of Nature and the Rideau Mall, etc. We stayed on a Friday and a Saturday night. There was partying in other rooms. Had to sleep with airplugs. The shower contained two shower gels and one conditioner, no shampoo. A few minor issues. "

"Excellent - liked everything - check in guy great! - fast, friendly, answered all questions and seemed genuinely interested in us having a good stay. Room great - kitchen, balcony, big screen TV with streaming services (Prime, Netflix, Disney ,You Tube etc). Bed comfortable , accommodation spotless and even a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge."

"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."
