"Very nice establishment that offers wonderful views of Brussels. The view from the sauna and the gym cannot be beaten! The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff in charge of lounge and food service seem to be quickly disorganized and inefficient. At the end of the day many towels were abandoned in the spa and lockers couldn’t be used "

"The hotel was great! Clean, close to the main areas but still far enough that it was nice and calm at night. There is only one thing that wasn't great, the noise of the water from the floor above me. I could hear the pipes when even ever the top floor was using the bathroom. Maybe some sound proofing for the bathroom. Otherwise I loved the hotel."

Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!"
