"The hotel room was dated. Floors need to be refurbished. The bed was not very comfortable. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in the room. I liked the size of the balcony, however the balcony glass was not clear not sure if was becuz of ocean mist or just needed to be cleaned. There was a good ocean view. The shower in the bedroom wet the floor every time you showered. I was not impressed and actually disappointed for a four star hotel. "

"This hotel is in a magnificent position overlooking a majestic cathedral and our room had a perfect view of the church. One particular member of the restaurant staff was unbelievably helpful and generous and the food was excellent. The room was comfortable but had no tissues or hair conditioner. "A fantastic Hotel, great location, nearly as large as a resort. From the moment I arrived the staff were just super friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are large comfortable and a mini suite. Breakfast was a delight. Hot, cold, cereal or fruit and pasties. A large carpark which costs e5.00 a day"
