"Nice hotel in central area of Boston, with convenient parking and very good staff area around hotel is a little run down, but lots to see and do in Boston. Would recommend getting a local guide of town centre to enable you to appreciate the history of the town."

"Hmmm. It was okay for a night, a bed for the night… the breakfast was nice…. Unfortunately the room wasn’t that clean, there was stale water in the kettle, the bed’s weren’t comfortable, everything was just a bit tired, old and dusty. I didn’t sleep because someone came into the BUNGALOW WHERE THE ROOM WAS(!) and spoke really loudly on thier phone really late and because the walls were so thin, it literally sounded like they were outside our door. I was staying with my 10 year old daughter...

"Lyndsay Guesthouse is in a very good location for Skegness seafront.The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The bedroom was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Alan & Linda are very friendly hosts and welcomed us to their guesthouse.Would recommend"

"great sized apartment, it looked clean and tidy, perfect place it had every thing you need in the area, very basic furniture that needs replacing wobbly legs on coffee table, bed frames noisy and i can understand you don't go on holiday to watch tv, but in bad weather which we had on one day and it was very hard to watch as it was so small in such a big room and the remote was sello taped together,for the 2 nights we were there it was ok,any longer it would have hard on the eyes."
