I then requested a room change and was moved to an even worse room. To make matters worse, when I requested a late check-out due to the poor experience, I was charged an additional £25. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and handling of this stay."

"Lovely hotel in a good location. Beds and pillows really comfy. Staff welcoming and friendly. Car park was full so used racecourse carpark. Not far to walk and only £10 per night.(Hotel is £20). Didnt have any meals in hotel so cant comment on food.Had a lovely 2 night stay."
