The suite was very spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and so was the dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Other than weak wifi signal we truly enjoyed our three nights stay. It's a beautiful estate in a beautiful natural setting, a great place for relaxing and going around exploring the nature beauty. The restaurant is great with limited choices but everything is cooked at a fine dining quality.

We came in at 1 am and had been traveling over 30 hrs and the check-in receptionist was so kind to let us have a late checkout. It really was helpful.

Self Parking is convenient.

Great stay with convenient shuttle to airport.

We had a lovely stay. Michael was so friendly, our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Despite not technically having breakfast included, there was a very nice communal full kitchen and a great selection of toast, cereals, spreads, and milk available for all, as well a nice espresso machine. Very conveniently located near the Remuera train station. The gazebo/sun-room was absolutely gorgeous in the mornings. We felt very at home!

This place is perfect. Clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier. 😊

We appreciated that there was parking. Very quiet place despite having a highway nearby. Very complete and very clean accommodation with the kitchen, living room, and dining table. We would go back.

Perfect location, walking distance from good cafes, restaurants, and shopping!

Great place for our first nights in NZ. Clean and very comfortable.

The facility was fantastic, and the staff were even better. It was a very nice surprise. The location is perfect for anyone that wants to be just outside the traffic of Auckland, with a head-start to Hobbiton. The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. They made it very simple to arrive in the middle of the night. They also went well out of their way to help us out of a jam that could have ruined our trip.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everyone made an effort to chat and help (traveled with infant). CBD about a 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, and highways easily accessible. Property was clean, everything worked, and the room was pleasant and comfortable.

nice hotel very clean and confortable ,the pnly little problem is that you can hear the bikes or trucks from the rooms at the back of the hotel

Wonderful experience when staying at this property. Great service and immaculate hotel from check in through check out. Would highly recommend!
