"Overall the property was good. One day they forgot to clean our room which was a bit inconvenient. Staff usually very friendly but I did have one person at the front desk that didn’t want to assist too much. The rest were great. A bit of a walk to the bus stop and Uber seemed to take a long time to get there all the time. Room was comfortable and clean"

"We had a fantastic stay at Le Bouchon. Our room was lovely and clean with a big bed which was very comfortable. Full english breakfast in the morning was one of the best I have had! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"We booked 2 rooms, due to a late finish at work. Would have been better to return home at 2 am in the morning. Noisy guests on and off until 3am, which you can get at any hotels, but the rooms do not insulate from the noise. I asked if there was a night porter to help manage noisy guests the next morning to be told yes. I asked could they not walk around the buildings to manage nuisance guests. I was told in the night porters defence he may not have heard them, which I highlighted was clearly...
