"Our large rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view across the river to Conwy Castle. We enjoyed seeing the tide coming and going at various times of day. The food and drink we consumed at the hotel was good quality, from breakfast to a bar meal to dinner in the restaurant. All of the hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. They really added to our enjoyment."

"Lovely staff. We had 2 very large suitcases and were worried about lugging them up the stairs as there is no lift, however a staff member did this for us, which was great. The room was comfortable, and the view was lovely. We did eat at the restaurant downstairs, but it took an hour to get our meal.
