"Overall stay was ok"

"Clean room and good service"

"Breakfast hot and good"

"The customer service here was horrible. The front desk person had a bad attitude, the wait staff in restaurant were incredibly slow, I had to chase after them to get anything. There are stairs (5) up to the entrance and the guy out front, there were various guys, did nothing. Just on their phones don’t look up, no help offered with bags at all. The coffee pot area was only cleaned and replenished 1x out of 4 nights. Neighborhood pretty rough."

"restaurant is too small and too slow for the size of the hotel"

"Enjoyed the property , great view, and nice indoor pool and rooftop Terrace, but the inner harbor has changed since last time we were there awaiting redevelopment, still a convenient place to stay and some good places nearby to eat and close to upscale Fells Point is close"
