"Room was pretty good, although we did get an upgrade. Hot water was NEVER hot. View was pretty, again because of the upgrade. I would probably stay here again if I could afford the upgrade, but the original room they showed us was nothing to write home about. Nice and close to both Harbor East and the National Aquarium and the Hard Rock Cafe"

"There were chicken bones under the bed. I complained to front desk and they did not address the issue. I paid for breakfast and none was supplied. I was told to contact Expedia which I did (took a good half hour) and they could only negotiate 1 breakfast refund out of a 3 night stay. There was no hairdryer in the room. No privacy sign so cleaners walked in on us. Unfriendly staff (some were friendly). I cannot reach customer service over the phone because I booked 3rd party. "
