"I've stayed at this location more than 3 times. Although this most recent stay I didn't get the pleasure to enjoy my nights as I hung out with my sister and crashed at her place. I wasn't able to get a partial refund, but what I can say is that this is a really decent hotel and staff here. I would recommend this place for sure. I have not been disappointed."

"Check in was very easy, so easy they never checked my ID, 😳The property was very nice exactly how it looks in the photos. Breakfast was good as well. Only downfall is that the air didn’t work in the bedroom. Prayfully they get that situated. Other than that my stay was good. Would definitely recommend to others."

"This hotel and the location is really underrated for anyone traveling anywhere in DC but don't mind metro use and a little walk. It was such a nice area and super convenient for food, groceries (to be kept in the fridge like snacks and drinks) as there is a Harris Teeter walking distance, awesome REI store (massive and where the Beatles first played in the USA at a concert inside the REI building (201 M St NE, Washington, DC 20002) which is a must visit (wonderful store) as well as all the cafes and shops nearby, the rooms are large, the AC is great, the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows, the bathroom clean and the water pressure decent. It was easy, useful and a few clicks into town or any other place on the metro (which is super convenient) which is just nearby as well. Great place!"

"Very nice and clean hotel and room, but the staff at the bar when I was trying to use my complimentary drink pass during happy hour was rude. One girl who had braids was acting rude and like she had an attitude. She was light skinned with braids in her hair. Other than that my stay was pleasant."
