Had an unfortunate incident where the room key didn’t work twice, so a bit of a trek back and forth to the room as the hotel is pretty big, but otherwise this was our second positive stay here this year. Incredibly helpful reception staff kindly gave us a free upgrade and added breakfast when they realised it wasn’t on our original booking. "Lovely hotel with a lot of character & stunning original features. Without exception, all the staff were helpful & friendly. Our room was very comfortable & breakfast was excellent. We had time for a walk around the beautiful grounds in Coombe Abbey Park before checking out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend!"
