The desk clerk was lovely, but the key card didn’t work as expected, so we were left scrambling a bit to get into several unfamiliar doors with unfamiliar keys at 2:30 am. It all worked out, but it made check-in a bit challenging. The room was wonderful. "

"It was an amazing property, our only issue was that dining was lacking. It wasn't good as the menu was very limited and there were no snacks or a tuck shop available. The pizza restaurant was available but we didn't like the pizza. there should be more menu choices and food availability from take out."

"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because...
