"Some of the staff were terrible"

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and everything contributed to making my stay a pleasant experience. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my experience in Philadelphia so memorable!"

"We had an issue when checking in and parking. Leading us to go back down the the desk multiple times. We had to change rooms because there rooms were coded wrong in their system. An elevator was broken and they are very small hard to fit your luggage in."

"Excellent location, exceptional brunch, great customer service and overall wonderful experience. HIghly recommended."

"The best location, clean, rooms are very very nice; great staff! Overall, a great place to stay to visit Drexel and UPenn."

"I would like to share my honest review of my stay at The Notary Hotel in Philadelphia. There were a few things that made our stay quite uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the excessive noise during the night. Around 3–4 AM, we could clearly hear loud noises coming from the guests upstairs and from the hotel hallways. The noise was very disturbing and made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Another issue was the extremely low water pressure in the shower, which made showering quite...
