"The restaurant staff were amazing. The view and pool was spectacular. We had issue with parking card not working we have to constantly call for someone to open the gate. Bathroom sink was not properly cleaned during our arrival , there was some hair and stains, we have to sanitize and clean it ourselves."

"Staff very friendly and all staff we talked to knew the property and was familiar enough to answer most questions. We did not find out about the adult pool and hot tub area until the 2 nd day. Would have used sooner. "

"This is a great family friendly resort, that works well for young families visiting Legoland and surrounding areas. The private access to Legoland, large rooms, pool amenities, dining and access options to both the Sheraton and Westin, make this hotel a top choice. It is on the pricier side with added daily resort fees, US$38 per day for parking and $25 per day for a cot, but Sheraton and its wonderful staff worked with us to address those excess fees. "

"I stayed in the Fire room at Twelve Senses Retreat for two nights with my husband and 8 year old child. We had a very lovely, comfortable stay. The room was very clean, and we loved the daily organic breakfasts and hot beverages served in the morning. The room is a great value for the luxurious amenities and delicious breakfast that is included. Our room had a cozy gas fireplace, and a private patio. I highly recommend this luxurious bed and breakfast when visiting the picturesque, coastal town...
