"EVEN Hotel is very nice. Clean, quiet, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. However, though it is listed as "pet friendly" it really isn't. This hotel is on the 5th floor of the former Kaufman's building, (I believe it was Kaufman's), which was a little disconcerting at first. As I said, the hotel itself is only the 5th floor so it feels a little bit hidden. Pay attention to the signage when you first arrive because there is nobody there to welcome you until the elevator opens on the 5th...

"Our guest room was very clean and modernized. We were disappointed that the King size bed and room we reserved was not available and we were given a room with 2 double queen beds. The hotel was very quiet so, I don't understand how this happened. Additionally, I was charged a $50 charge on top of the room charge. When I asked the front desk at checkout why, I was told it was to cover any room charges. This did not add up because the meal we had in the restaurant was not charged back to our room...

"Centrally located to restaurants and clubs. Fifteen minute walk to PNC and twenty minute ride from airport. Only one thing the Hotel needs is a good quality complementary coffe for its guest and maybe some lemon water for the lobby....not a biggie thou. Definitely Definitely staying here again!!"

"Really enjoyed the hotel and our room. We asked for a view and they delivered by giving us a room on the 16th floor with a view of the river. The area around the hotel did feel a little sketchy at times but it bothered my partner more than me and I feel was also reflected in the price, compared to the Monoco which was a 10 minute walk away. "This place exceeded my expectations! It was clean, welcoming, and felt like home right away. So much room, natural lighting, beautiful views. Lots of outlets to plug things in, which was great. "The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!"

"What a spectacular property. After a 30 hour travel time it was the most beautiful apartment to come home to.
