"cuando llegamos nos dijeron q el Hotel no contaba con A/C, habia reservado una Suite pero la misma estaba dando directamente al Sol y estaba muy caliente, pedimos cambio de cuarto y nos dijeron q tenian un cuarto diferente pero nunca nos dijeron q nos cobrarian lo mismo... pedi q por la diferencia del precio no nos cobraran el desayuno y simplemente la persona encargada ( La Sra. Gemain ) NO tuvo el menor interes ... por lo q estuvimos en un cuarto mas chico pero por el precio de la suite. Me...
