"Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match."

"This is my second stay here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the room is comfortable."

"Clean, and perfectly located."

"Very comfortable hotel with excellent beds. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all the accessories you would need. A non slip mat for the bath was appreciated. Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. The two restaurants on site were excellent one for casual dining (Pizza, pasta etc) and the Carriage works which was also excellent for an Al a Carte menu. There are also bars for a drink. The hotel has a Spa but did not use it. The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus...

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"Comfy beds, clean room, lovely pool, staff great, have stayed a couple of times now and will definitely stay again"

"My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised. Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception."

"Really nice apartment, the staff were really friendly."

"Very central and relaxing hotel experience"

"Great location, easy to walk to town centre, to visit shops, cafes and access public transport. View from room was great"

"The guy at the desk was really rude - he seemed annoyed when I asked about things for our kids eg cots. They bought hot water for baby’s bottle in a champagne bucket - we weren’t confident that was sanitary so didn’t use that water. The room was cold & dusty. We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be coming back."

"It was all good but it wasn’t brilliant. And I think picking holes in stuff is annoying but this seems the only way to feed back. Arrived early and had to work in lounge because I was flatly told I couldn’t have a room before 3pm. It was fine working there but noisy due to a function nearby. I wasn’t asked at any point if I wanted a drink or lunch which I had to walk up to the bar for. There can only have been 7 people in the lounge. The card machine repeatedly didn’t work. They tried three diff...
