My first room’s bed had a problem, the mattress of my wife’s bed was damaged at the middle part, I asked the receptionist to change the mattress. The manager from the receptionist apologized and upgraded me to a premium high class room for free. Also the hotel receptionist accepted us check in early. I will choose this hotel again if come here one more time. "
