My wife and I loved our stay here. We booked it for our last day in Sicily because it was near the airport. But when we arrived, we realized how extraordinary this hotel is. It’s absolutely beautiful—with service to match. The pool is incredible. And the staff treated us like royalty. We particularly enjoyed Luigi, our server, and our meals were excellent! Salvatore, the hotel manager, also went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in the 2nd floor suite and had a great view of the water. The rooftop restaurant had stunning views and the breakfast service downstairs was excellent. We had massages by the pool and lunch by the pool, which we loved. The only complaint would be that they advertise a private beach area and there is no beach area—so just know you have to go to a local lido to rent chairs. Our stay at Settegrana was simply unbelievable! The staff was there to help guide us with directions from the start. Upon our arrival we walked into the most beautifully decorated and stunningly designed hotel. Settegrana features a mix of old Sicilian architecture with all the modern amenities with a sense of style that you would expect from a 5 Star Resort. Our room was extremely clean and large by hotel standards. The staff was helpful with our luggage and assisted us with getting it into the elevator. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding village and being able to park in front of the hotel was a real plus. Right in front of the hotel there was a large park with lots of families playing there. Everyone was very friendly. We would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The suite is very open, nice and comfortable. There is no microwave, but there’s a tiny mini-fridge. My front and back terraces have a great view of the mountain and an ancient structure. Keep in mind that there are stairs and no lift. Many places in Sicily and Europe are refurbished out of ancient or at least old stone buildings. Lifts would be impossible in some. It’s beautiful if you can navigate it.
