"Marco is the friendliest and amusing host. He gave us a warm welcome and lots of good advice re our short visit to Palermo. The hotel is in a great location, was good value and served a very nice breakfast. A good experience all round and would definitely recommend this hotel as very convenient for getting around Palermo."

The booking went through, payment was made, and I received a confirmation. One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me.
