"I had a great stay at the ICON hotel. The service was fantastic and the location worked perfectly for the events I was in town for. The only reason I didn’t give my stay fives across the board is because my room had colorful spotlights outside some of the windows that made clicking noises every time they changed color (red, blue, green) all night long. Even with a sleep app I could hear the clicking of the lights changing color. I also thought it was very odd that there was no full body mirror...

"Very nice hotel in downtown Santiago. Close to tourist attractions. Very walkable area. The roombI had was 312 and it was really nice. A comfortable bed, quiet, refrigerator, safe and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice for dinner. Inexpensive and really good food. "Pros: Got upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Good breakfast buffet. Great location. Kettle as well as a coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and good bedding. Good housekeeping. Cons: Made me wait until exactly 3pm before allowing me to check in. Bathroom was tiny. Power socket on the desk didn’t work. One of the two lifts was broken so getting back up to your room after breakfast took ages. Overly complicated lighting controls. Bit disappointing for a 5* hotel."
