"The room I had was definitely NOT the best room at this nice hotel but I needed a budget friendly option. The room opened to the outside and didn’t have AC. I had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that was included. The bed was pretty hard but that’s common in Europe/Italy. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!"

Staff were always attentive to our needs, spoke amazing English and were very patient at our attempts of Italian, they assisted with multiple bookings and had good recommendations. "A wonderful and friendly staff. The location is close to the train station and most attractions are within an easy 20-minute walk from the hotel. The walk from the train station to the hotel is a bit sketchy as there seems to be large groups that simply loiter in that area. Once you get to the hotel that does clear up. The hotel is under renovation so there are some construction noises, but only during the day. "
