"I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

"The Hilton (Gatwick South) was everything we needed ahead of our flight the following day. It was smart, clean, the staff were exceptional, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ability to use the covered walkway straight to Departures was an added bonus. No issues encountered and sure to stay again! Thank you Hilton (Gatwick South)!"

"Good for a one night stay as I have used before. However as a £10 parking charge has recently been introduced and I was not made aware of this when booking."

"A lovely place to stay and very attentive and interested staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable although we found it quite hot and stuffy, particularly at night. The breakfasts were lovely and service was quick. The spa wasn’t as relaxing as hoped as you had to go back down a corridor if you wanted to visit the steam room, water fountain or sauna but still lovely to do. "

"Close to many shops, restaurants, and Tunbridge Wells' train station. Excellent restaurant on site. Beautiful property/gardens. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I definitely would stay here again."
