"I didint know that hotel was only located from 32nd floor and above. To get to reception was scary, I understand that the entrance was under construction but it was very tiring to get 32nd floor by the slow lift and then get another lift to get to your room. My check in was sweet, I had a very friendly guy who was half French half English he was very helpful and check out was smooth but there was a long queue for it. "Stayed in a suite which had a kitchen and two bedrooms. Great for staying with small children. Kids loved the breakfast. Location was great for the park."
