On top of that, they went even further by providing little slippers, coloring paper, and pencils — small touches that made a big difference and showed genuine care and attention to our child’s comfort. What made it even more special is that we hadn’t requested any of this in advance. It was a lovely surprise and really showed how much the hotel cares about creating a welcoming experience for families. We truly appreciated this extra attention, and it made our stay even more memorable."
