The lobby has one small seating area but I felt like the hotel needed something more where people can chill and use their laptop. "We had a great time at the screen in Kyoto. The staff was very friendly and our check-in/check-out was seemless. They even packed us a to-go box on our final day when we had to leave early morning. Tip: all their suites have different designs. The staff was accomodating for us to try another suite, so we got to experience different designs. Much appreciated!"
