"It's a very nice looking hotel that just needs a little more attention to detail. I reported missing items from oyr room, but they weren't replaced. I had a window that wouldn't close, but received no help or offer to change room. My room door had a gap that you could pass 4 credit cards through, but again no response despite the security risk.
