The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. "There are awards from 20 years ago hanging around, I guess this is when the hotel got its four stars. Since then the building got pretty shabby, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast is the only thing that matches the stars claim, I’d say. We received no “parking instructions” message like other Italian hotels send couple of days in advance, and it’s badly needed!
