"Great hotel in the centre of Plymouth shopping area walked to Plymouth Hoe for a concert 12/15mins but lovely walk. The Staff where amazing check in bar staff Restaurant all so good made you feel very welcome I even told the manager how good it was. Parked in drakes circus car park for 11 hours £15 car was really safe there as some car parks are really tiny if you have a 4x4 you would not get into some places. Certainly stay at this hotel again very happy "

Unfortunately there are a couple of new policies I am not totally enamoured with - it is hardly room service if you have to go down to order and pay for it - I understand their rationale behind this new policy (no room credit), but it's not what you expect from a 4* hotel. "The toilet was on the outside of the room which i was not expecting when i had booked a room with a private bathroom. The shower also steps onto carpet and there is no exhaust fan and no way to open the window which makes room quite humid when trying to straighten hair. Also concerned also the shower had some mould in it. The no exhaust fan with the shower being in the room could lead to mould problems in the future. Otherwise okay"

"Only negative was the parking. Long walk from car park needed a golf cart or something to transport other than bus which cost and few stops Other than issue with parking food was great and service was excellent "
