"We were delighted to see the hotel, location and our room (with a wonderful view) when we checked in at 11pm. Loved it right from the start - connection to train stations was an added bonus. A nightcap in the 20th floor bar was lovely. Easy connection by train to Nara and Universal Studios. My husband experienced a medical emergency during our 2nd night and the reception staff were excellent arranging an ambulance and helping with translation. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave. "
