"The property location (5min walk to the Duomo) is fabulous; the staff was terrific, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The ONLY issues (and both are horribly minor in relation to the overwhelming positives of the hotel): 1) the hallways need a bit of decor - the feeling is the property is not complete; and, 2) the delicious coffee just needs to be hotter - I know,such a problem to have..... I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Florence!"

"Very good location and great sized room. We were located in the tower section of the hotel. There was an elevator to the 3 rd floor but then our room was down a large set of stairs with no elevator options. So if you have a lot of luggage o would be aware of that. The wifi was also not very strong in that part of the hotel. Other than that, great stay, would stay again. "
