Great location. Excellent decor, staff and everything else

My wife and I loved our stay here. We booked it for our last day in Sicily because it was near the airport. But when we arrived, we realized how extraordinary this hotel is. It’s absolutely beautiful—with service to match. The pool is incredible. And the staff treated us like royalty. We particularly enjoyed Luigi, our server, and our meals were excellent! Salvatore, the hotel manager, also went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend staying here.

Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.

I had a beautiful private balcony. The breakfast was fantastic each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the shower was hot, I was very happy.

We stayed only for the night before our flight out but it is well-located so we could have a last walk into the historic center. When we couldn't be there for breakfast they prepared a carry out breakfast which was excellent. Beautiful rooms.

It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.

We stayed in the 2nd floor suite and had a great view of the water. The rooftop restaurant had stunning views and the breakfast service downstairs was excellent. We had massages by the pool and lunch by the pool, which we loved. The only complaint would be that they advertise a private beach area and there is no beach area—so just know you have to go to a local lido to rent chairs. Everything is in walking distance so the beach was a close walk. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend the...

From the moment I met the beautiful young lady who took me to my room to the next morning when she invited me up on the rooftop deck for breakfast, the room and service was amazing. The view of the sea and the mountain was unbelievable. Thank you and I will be back. Pictures are view from my room and balcony

The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very tasty,Italian (sweet) style, it’s from local cafeteria. Very comfortable bed, clean and stylish rooms.

I have no comparison experience with other hotels in Palermo, but this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Built from several previous structures, one a bank and another a cloister, the hotel features majestic spaces, huge public rooms, wide halls, high ceilings. It is like a palazzo located in almost the exact middle of Palermo's historic district, so one can easily walk to the Plazzo Chiatamonte-Steri or Palazzo Abatellis in one direction or the Palazzo dei Normani or the...

This is a small hotel next to Giardino Inglese park in a good section of Palermo. The rooms are very comfortable, service is very good & breakfasts, including the breakfast area with a view of the park, are also very good. Our room faced the park contributing to a pleasant & quiet stay. I would stay there again.

The courtyard and rooms of this hotel were great. The courtyard was a quiet, lush oasis away from the grittiness of Palermo. And our rooms were huge: a sitting room, bedroom, and a small balcony. The breakfast was our favorite of our trip (we stayed in three other hotels) because of the wider selection of cornetti, but their coffee was the worst (auto machine that made subpar coffee). Fridge in room. Cheap, authentic pizzeria at the intersection of the hotel's street and the main street for...

Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!

Our stay at Settegrana was simply unbelievable! The staff was there to help guide us with directions from the start. Upon our arrival we walked into the most beautifully decorated and stunningly designed hotel. Settegrana features a mix of old Sicilian architecture with all the modern amenities with a sense of style that you would expect from a 5 Star Resort. We stayed at room #3 with a private pool, so if you have a chance to book that room GO FOR IT! The roof deck and the pool are to die...

Good location, great apartment, and the hosts were friendly and communicated well. Very much enjoyed this place and would definitely stay here again!

The property and staff were both excellent.

The suite is very open, nice and comfortable. There is no microwave, but there’s a tiny mini-fridge. My front and back terraces have a great view of the mountain and an ancient structure. Keep in mind that there are stairs and no lift. Many places in Sicily and Europe are refurbished out of ancient or at least old stone buildings. Lifts would be impossible in some. It’s beautiful if you can navigate it.
