"It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. From the very warm & informative welcome with Rosario through to the top quality amenities at the villa. "Loredana was so kind, showed us around the property and answered all our questions. We had an amazing time which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pictures do not do the view justice and the view just gets better from that amazing pool as the sun sets! Great location, secluded enough to feel alone but 5 or so minutes from essentials such as supermarkets and restaurants. The house was an excellent base for our holiday in this part of Sicily, and was a pleasure to come back to each night."

"A good location for exploring the large city of Palermo with its uniquely different quarters. The hotel is in a quiet district and 10-15 min walk to the central area around the cathedral and there are good dining options within 10 minutes walk. The staff were courteous and helpful and even allowed us to check into our rooms 2 hours early. Rooms were simple but clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in if you are tired after a days exploration but the fitness room is small and only accommodates 2 people maximum. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the wonderful and hardworking staff."
