The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

The room was very nice, everything was clean and looked new. The bathroom and shower are very nice, new, and clean. We did not meet the staff in person but communicated via messaging, which was convenient- quick and easy to understnd responses to my questions.

Very nice and we can walk around. Breakfast is good.

Palazzo del Poeta is spectacular! After a very challenging drive into town (so many missed turns and one-way micro alleys!), we were feeling a bit shell-shocked at our first time in bustling Palermo. The Palazzo is a sophisticated, quiet, almost glamorous oasis that we really needed after exploring this amazing but sometimes overwhelming city. This was our first stop in a 2 week trip to Sicily and it was one of our favorite hotels! The room was HUGE without being cavernous, very spacious, clean, comfortable bed and modern decor with a beautiful balcony that overlooked quattro canti square and an old church. Even though there were crowds below us every night it wasn't very noisy at all It was such pleasure coming back to our room after exploring Palermo every day. The breakfast was great too!

I loved my stay. The room had lots of light and is clean, white and modern with a comfortable queen bed, a good shower and a mini fridge. It is basic, not fancy, in an apartment building to which you get a set of keys. It is a small, quiet b&b with only 7 rooms and a small, unfortunately internal and airless, breakfast room (I didn’t care, since I didn’t take advantage of it). It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in.

We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Palermo is a gritty , bustling, in your face city, and the Palmes is a wonderful oasis. It has not kept up with the times, but still feels grand. Over look the worn carpet and you'll be transported back to more civil times.

Everything was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location and a wonderful stay overall. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Nice and clean renovated room Great breakfast ( at a different property 5minutes away ) Check out is at 10am. Only downside: the noise from your neighbors at 7am… Overall great place for one night, price is perfect
