The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

The rooms were clean, spacious and conveniently located in the center of the historic Palermo center. You can wake up in the morning and have direct access to Capo Market, and a short walk to Teatro Massimo. We were staying at the Hotel in the Family room and unfortunately the room we were given had lots of stairs. This was an issue for us as our 82 year old Nonna had knee issues. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to provide a different room on a lower level with elevator access....

This place exceeded expectations - what a beautiful space this is! Beautiful space with high ceilings and tons of space in the rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook your own meal. Host is extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Wifi worked well - including streaming. Couldn't find a better location if you tried! The room was clean and provided plenty of outlets. The staff was so kind and helpful during our stay and really made the stay even better. The breakfast provided in the lovely courtyard was amazing! The location was perfect for exploring the main attractions in Palermo.

We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. Nice hotel, easy walk from train and bus stations and walkable to just about everything. Rooftop, where nice breakfast is served and also the location of a restaurant, has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Staff is very helpful. Usually I add something on things you'd might want to be aware of beforehand, but in this case there aren't any such things.

Nice location near lots of attractions, good breakfast. The soap is great and there is a shop by the theater if you like The rooms are bigger than expected.Two building add to an intimate experience but this is a proper hotel, the staff was attentive and helpful. Easy 5 min cab ride from the central station and if you have your bearings about 20 min walk to the further central attractions

Laura was a wonderful host. Very responsive, very helpful. The apartment is right on top of the main road, it doesn't get better. The apartment was clean, quiet, large, and well appointed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Everything was good. A/C was a little noisy and the noise done at the trashcans outside the premises was also disturbing.can hear broken glass. The rest was excellent. Great staff.

Staff was veery helpful. My room was very comfortable (single room with a double bed plus AC and private bath). Breakfast was included and was very nice. The location is close to everything in Palermo (the train station, the markets, the waterfront, the architectural attractions). The hotel is old but they do a nice job keeping it clean and safe. I enjoyed calling it home for 4 days.
