"Let’s start from items that this hotel chain should consider fixing.
Since we moved in for 6 nights, the floors were dirty all this time, with stains that felt uncleaned.
Towels were old, worn out, ripped.
TV offered NO English language channels. I reported this few times, nobody seemed to care.
Extremely bad Wi-Fi, I reported this few times, nobody seemed to care.
For the price they charge, it was quite bad experience.
On the positive side.
The room was comfy.
Hotel staff friendly, we felt safe.
Good location in respect to city center.
Breakfast was also good, always fresh fruit and lots of more. Cafeteria staff makes real good coffee if you ask."
