"It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. However the room was not looking fresh. The towel set was really bad (which was replaced later). The Display in the TV was full of lines and the mechanic told, it was like that in every room. "I choose this hotel because it was the only hotel close to the BIEC on Hotels.com. Big mistake. This is a local resort, not a hotel. Horrible WiFi, Nothing nearby. They don't even offer a shuttle to the BIEC. Only one restaurant with mediocre food. Tons of mosquitoes. Wedding receptions by the pool playing loud music until late in the evening. On the positive side - the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Room sheets, pillow covers are not changed, it was stinking. Bath room was not cleaned, very bad smell and they have teared towel, no hand towel. House keeping should do way better job."
