"The lady that attended to us at checking desk is mischievous offered us a suite that turned out to be just a superior room ,
she tried deceiving us with all this special things that comes with that room on 11th floor but for us we wanted what was guaranteed in writing and to Expedia over the phone september 2nd to give us a twin room
She told us they will put an extra bed by 6 pm so we went upstairs but there was no space for the so called bed , when I went back downstairs to question her she...
"This was a wonderful property and stay. The only thing better would be to have a free breakfast. However, there were other businesses close by that we could get pastries from. The hotel offered breakfast, but you had to pay for it.
This was very close to the train stop. We used it to go in and out of the city and to go back to the airport once we figured out how easy it was to use it."
"Great location. We found the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for different ones and received more of the same. There is no ice machine. The room temperature was difficult to control. We ended up opening the window for most of the stay. We tried changing the temperature but nothing ever changed. No air flow. I wouldn’t stay here again. Lots of other hotels in the area."
"Manglet dagrom et par dager, sengene var harde som betong. Litt langt fra byen, restaurant var middelmådig, og ingen som takket oss for besøket på 4 dager eller spurte hvordan vi hadde det."
"The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The mattress and bed are uncomfortable, and if you are staying in a room facing the so-called “indoor courtyard,” there is no air conditioning and no window that can be opened for proper ventilation. The room also lacks basic amenities such as a simple water kettle and refrigerator, which is difficult to understand at this price point.
The service is equally disappointing. No one offered to help with our luggage upon arrival; the staff...
"We had a great experience at the Phoenix Copenhagen. Hotel was lovely overall, very clean and the room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was great - we were offered the choice of bath or walk in shower on check in. Air con was good. Staff were charming throughout the stay, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was perfectly located to explore the city, 3 mins from two Metro stations and with cafes, restaurants and Nyhavn on the doorstep. Would recommend and I would definitely come back,"
"Loved this hotel for travel through Copenhagen. Easy walk on sidewalks to and from the airport. Breakfast is wonderful and can be included in your stay. Otherwise it is expensive."
"Wifi gratuito, posizione comodo da raggiungere in metropolitana e in bus. Unica pecca, in 4 notti fatte, non è mai stata rifatta la stanza né sostititi gli asciugamani e accappatoi. Inoltre, la tv prendeva solo canali danesi, per una struttura internazionale ci sia aspetta più varietà."
"Great value. Good location. Friendly staff. There are good coffee shop (prolog) and good bakery (hart) nearby. You can rent a bike from hotel which is very convenient way to navigate around the city."
