We called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were greeted by the SimplySteamboat staff outside of our apartment building. They gave us our keys and helped bring our luggage to our room. "Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff and amenities. Front desk was courteous and took time to explain everything. Bell men were all great, helped with valet few times a day and heavy bags. Ski valet and storage at resort was a real plus. Towel service for gym, spa and pool were a real plus as well. "
