"They catfished us! What the room that we booked, looked like in the pictures, were not even close to the room we were given. All the lights were on when we walked in like if someone was just in there and the room needed some serious deep cleaning. Our charger ports didn’t work, and the AC kept having malfunctions. The only reason why we didn’t mention something the night of check in was because it was already super late, but definitely mentioned before check out. I will never come here again,...

"They allowed us to check in two hours early, which was great as we were there for a wedding that day. The rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and neat and we got a credit for snacks and toiletries. The facilities are beautiful, especially the restaurant and the observatory. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our sink as soon as we checked in. The front desk representative reported it right away and even made sure we knew it was fixed when we returned. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a welcoming feel to it. Any time you saw a staff member they were always asking if you needed any assistance. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel every year since they rebranded it from the Wyndham back in 2006-07. It’s always a pleasure staying here and they have done a great job remodeling the lobby. If though it was nice and clean, the rooms are very dated. My only recommendation is to make some changes to the rooms but the shared spaces are fantastic. Shout out to the Ironbound restaurant team for always being professional and welcoming "
