"Honestly very well kept hotel. Clean, great price, friendly staff. My bestie and I got upgraded to an executive suite which felt very luxurious, indeed. Jacuzzi, his & hers bathroom, living room with sectional, comfy king bed, incredible view of strip and mountains in distance. Absolute unit of a space, 10/10 recommend. Also walking distance to Sphere and many other spots on Strip. 24hr CVS inside hotel was super convenient as well.

"The front area from the valet reeks of heavy air freshener, possibly to off-set cigarette smoke. The staff is very friendly and very helpful but, out of the 5 days we were there, housekeeping only cleaned our room once. We had to ask for towels and TP."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were great. They brought clean towels daily and when we called they came up in a timely manner. When we checked in our guest services guy was very nice. He informed us of ways we could use to get around Vegas. The room was clean, but we think the carpeting needs to be replaced or shampooed. The temperature on the refrigerator needs to be checked to make sure it's at 40 degrees to maintain food safety for chilling foods. It...

"We booked a strip view through Expedia. Show up they give us not a strip view. Go to front desk they agreed is not a strip view but when we book through expedia rooms are not guaranteed and we should have booked directly with them. So then why did I pay the extra for that room in expedia."
