Didn't realise that until reception was closed to spent a big bunch of time trying to figure a solution. Fan in bathroom was very noisy in the bedroom. Air con was noisy. No air con in bedroom so had to crank down the temp in the lounge overnight to cope. Rusty water initially in the toilet for a few flushes but cleared up."
