"Several days before check-in, Cloud9 requested vaccination records for my cats. I asked where to send them and they said paste in in this chat. I did. 2 days later, I received a text records again. I said they had been submitted but pasted the records in the text. They texted back, welcomed me to my stay, and provided check-in details (apt number and wifi info). Later that day, I got a message on VRBO from Cloud9 asking for records again. At that point, it was past check-in and we were minutes...

"I’ve rented similar properties before and it’s common that the pictures make the property look a lot larger and nicer than reality. This was not the case here! The pictures don’t do it justice. Between the luxurious finishes, high ceilings, spacious common area, XL bathrooms, and the million dollar view, we were thoroughly impressed! The property changed a good weekend into an incredible one! "

"The unit was clean, modern, and had an incredible view. The customer service team was responsive in the rare case there was an issue. Blueground generally does a good job with the units - I like them enough to have booked them again.The only complaint was that they claimed a need to withhold some of my security deposit. However their customer service team was responsive and refunded the full deposit after discussion. Be sure to take pics or a video as you leave."
