"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and...

They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. "Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. "

"Nice place. Not sure why cleaners can’t empty dishwasher, cleaners don’t come till checkout. Have to put everything away clean, clean kitchen, take rubbish out.. no biggy but good to know.. Pool and ‘hot’ jacuzzi could have been warmer.. nice bar, no restaurant- but a few down the road. I’d say it’s ski in and just about ski out.. would stay again- it’s pretty new and modern.."
