"Nice hotel and very friendly staff , clean rooms and very good breakfast"

"Staff was super friendly but the policies in place really stopped them from being accommodating. I ordered grab food/used a laundry delivery service and they weren’t allowed to bring up the food & I had to ask several times for them to bring the laundry up. They also advertised free water bottles but didn’t mention that they’d charge you after 2. Vietnam is very hot and 2/3 other hotels I’ve been to have me unlimited water bottles Also there was very loud construction going on right outside my window all through the night and it really picked up from 4-6AM The spa however was AMAZING!!"

We thoroughly enjoyed walking to local restaurants, the beach out the front is gorgeous and just a quick grab/taxi to everything else. The hotel also offers tours at very reasonable prices. "The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with a nice pool. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed which the kids loved. To improve the room, I would suggest to add more hooks or rails to hang towels. Also a clothes line in the bathroom to hang wet bathers would be an improvement. "
