"To be honest, it was a bit disappointing. The resort is beautiful and when it opened it was probably top notch. But it isn’t being looked after to the standard it aspires to. The room wasn’t close to being clean enough for the hotel grade and the price paid. There were surface things like children’s hand prints on doors and windows but longer term issue like black mold in the shower and the high windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in months. "Nice and clean hotel at good location. Customer service was friendly and good. However, aircon in the room is a bit too cold despite tuning down the fan speed and temperature. Breakfast buffet wasn't great in term of the variety of food and taste. Would consider G Hotel again in my next visit."

"The service at the reception was good. But the attitude from the cleaning staff was bad. One of the cleaning staff showed his anger while changing the bed sheets. After check in we discovered the bed sheets got stain. We requested to change the bed sheets. I had to made three times phone calls than the cleaning staff came to our room. While the cleaning staff changing the bed sheets, I saw blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress! We felt so disgusted. "

"Rooms are cery clean and complimentary snacks available. Never had chance to go for breakfast and dinner. In room dining menu can be improved. Centralized ac is on of the concern in terms of becoming very cool, i dont feel they had ac control remote. I every time on and off manually at wall switch this can be improved. "

Not much to do in local area but bus shops outside, which also goes to airport and Georgetown. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from Dimsum, eggs station, cereal, fruit and Danish treats. Definitely would stay again."
