"Overall the stay was good. FOOD Food was nice, STAFF friendly enough staff although slow at responding and serving reception. FACILITIES The outside pool needs love as a lot of tiles missing leading to being uncomfortable if rubbed against or sat on. Area around pool appears unsafe but don't worry they have put black and yellow tape over the uneven decking so I guess all is good. Not!!! CLEANLINESS Clean hotel and grounds Room Couldn't control heating/cooling settings and safe...

"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."

"Very nice B&B in Bath, England. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are also additional spots across from the property. Reasonable walking distance into Bath to see all the sight and restaurants. Helpful staff. Shout out to Bradley who recommended some great restaurants to try in central Bath. He also cleaned the pterodactyl (huge bird)poop off of my car window, which he termed. We also drove out the Stone Henge from there. "

The room was tidy and well equipped with the necessary toiletries and refreshments to use. Breakfast (full English) was cooked on demand with self service for toast,cereals and juices,teas and coffees. For a Public House with accommodation to provide this level of service shows dedication to the hospitality sector. "

"All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. A variety of cocktails and mocktails were also on offer. The garden area is beautiful and has lots of available lawn games. Overall, the hotel provides a wonderfully relaxing experience."

"Loved the property and all the nooks and crannies in the building. Our room was small but had a bathtub which was a bonus after walking 30 km. Staff were very kind and helpful and the restaurant was excellent. And loved the lotions and bathroom amenities. "

"It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. "

"The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope."
