"The check-in for this property is very problematic. Note that their credit card reader doesn’t always work. And they are very lucky if you try to pay with cash about the condition of your bills. The slightest crease on a bill and they won’t take it. This makes paying for the property difficult and a completely unnecessary headache. "

"Quando estavamos a fazer o chek in a rececionista disse que não tinhamos reserva. O Hotel tinha cancelado a reserva com o operador. Tentamos ligar várias vezes mas devido à diferença horária nunca fomos atendidos. Acabámos por ficar uma noite, tendo em conta o adiantado da hora mas pagando o quarto! O hotel está classificado como 5 estrelas mas equivale a 2 estrelas. Fica longe do centro e da praia, Está a precisar de obras e restauro no mobiliário. A Limpeza é muito deficiente. "The staff was expecting us on arrival and greeted us by name, and the personal service continued until the moment we left. With only seven rooms, this is probably the most personalized service you will receive at any hotel, anywhere. The rooms are HUGE with uninterrupted views of the ocean. "This resort is next level, from friendliness of staff, quality and options in dining choices, we were privileged to be upgraded to a pool villa that was simply huge and stunning and on our last day were given a late checkout that exceeded expectations. Our only disappointment is that we have to leave however we will definitely be back. Thank you Shan and team for such an enjoyable stay."
