The host is on a nearby property, and we communicated through whatsapp. He was very prompt about any issue, request, and question. The wifi worked great. So did the AC. And also the hot water. "The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."

"I loved the staff honestly they were super friendly with my daughter and me… My daughter was very comfortable with davinda. She became good friends with the surf instructor Kyle and loved the surfing experience she had with him making it one of the most wonderful experiences she had … The chef was extraordinary there making sure I tried authentic Sri Lankan food … Over all I’m definitely visiting them again when coming to Sri Lanka … The resort was out of this world honestly…"

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm, hospitable and genuinely kind, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Some of the kindest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Our rooms were great and incredibly spacious, and the food was amazing too. We had dinner at the hotel a few times during our stay and really enjoyed it, and breakfast was excellent as well. Raj served us at dinner and was particularly kind and attentive, and really helped make our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had such a lovely experience and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again!"
